XL Marketing Services ("XL", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information xluxemarketing.com and its diagnostic tools collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information you provide to us

We collect information you actively submit through our site:

• Contact form (/contact) — name, organisation, work email, role, website URL, a description of your business challenge, your decision timeline, and how you heard about us.
• Diagnostic tools (/diagnostics) — name, company, work email, website URL, and your answers to the diagnostic questions (e.g. team size, hours spent, budget range, maturity level), plus your explicit consent to be contacted about your results.

These submissions are sent to our contact-form processor (Formspree) and, where you complete a diagnostic, to our email platform (MailerLite) so we can send your results and relevant follow-up. Diagnostic submissions are captured as soon as you start the quiz, even if you don't finish it, so we can still send you the guide you requested.

2. Information collected automatically

When you browse the site, we and our service providers automatically collect:

• Analytics data via Google Analytics — pages viewed, referring site, approximate location, device and browser type, and time on page.
• Visitor identification data via a pixel from Leadsy.ai (operating on Instantly.ai's technology) — this attempts to match your visit to the company you work for using your IP address and publicly available business data, so our sales team can follow up with relevant prospects. It is designed to identify companies, not private individuals, and is not used to identify consumers browsing in a personal capacity.
• Local session data — a small browser flag (via sessionStorage) that remembers if you've dismissed our sticky call-to-action bar. This stays on your device, is not sent to us, and clears when you close your browser.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to enquiries and deliver the diagnostic results, guides or follow-up you requested;
• To understand how visitors use the site and improve it;
• To identify prospective business customers and prioritise sales outreach;
• To send relevant marketing communications, where you've agreed to receive them;
• To meet our legal, accounting and security obligations.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Google Analytics and the Leadsy.ai pixel may set cookies or use similar identifiers in your browser to recognise repeat visits and measure traffic. You can block these at any time through your browser's cookie or tracking-protection settings, or with a browser extension — doing so will not affect your ability to use the site.

5. Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers who help us run the site and follow up with enquiries, and only for the purposes described above:

• Google Analytics (Google LLC) — site analytics;
• Leadsy.ai / Instantly.ai — B2B visitor identification;
• Formspree — contact and diagnostic form delivery;
• MailerLite — email delivery and marketing follow-up for diagnostic leads;
• Netlify — website hosting and the serverless functions that connect our forms to MailerLite.

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety or property of XL Marketing Services or others.

6. International data transfers

We are based in Dubai, UAE, and our service providers above are based in various countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where information is transferred internationally, our providers maintain their own safeguards for cross-border data transfer; you can review their respective privacy policies for details.

7. How long we keep information

We retain enquiry and diagnostic submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, maintain our client records, and meet legal or accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. 9. Children's privacy

Our site and services are directed at business professionals and are not intended for, or knowingly directed at, children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We rely on reputable, industry-standard providers (Netlify, Formspree, MailerLite, Google) who maintain their own technical and organisational security measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us.
